Only 56 grams of nuts will make you healthy
The presence of walnuts in the diet improves the vessels full of people. Doctors from the Research Center at Yale University have found evidence of the protective properties of walnuts. These nuts prevent the development of diabetes and cardiovascular disease in people at high risk. The study included 46 volunteers aged 30 to 75 years. All participants had a body mass index greater than 25 and a waist circumference of more than 100 cm for men and 88 inches for women. All of them have one or more (other than smoking) additional risk factor of metabolic syndrome - a precursor of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
