If you believe researchers from America, the secret to a successful marriage in the elderly is their sexual harmony. Apparently, there is no age at which the topic of sex would become irrelevant.

Ask any middle-aged couple that allows them to live together for so long. And you will surely hear about mutual respect, and the inclination to compromise and settle all disputes immediately, without delay their resolution indefinitely. But according to researchers from the Agricultural and Mechanical University of Florida, the secret lies in the well-being of spousal rich sexual life. They interviewed 238 couples over 65 years of the degree of satisfaction with life.

Scientists have found that the elderly as much more like the sunset of their lives, if they can indulge in from time to time intimate pleasures. The study showed that almost 80% of the population over age 65 who have sex more than once a month, feel happier.

Among those in the last 12 months of life did not have sex, only 59% happy. This number drops to 40% when it comes to the happiness of older people who have not experienced the joys of sex for over a year.
