12 risk to the health during pregnancy

When you're pregnant, you may feel a craving for a variety of food products - this is a common symptom of pregnancy.

But some products are not valid for pregnant women because they carry risks for health and the child and mother. Because these products may cause problems with state of health, because they cause infection.

Twelve of products that may pose a risk to the health of future mothers and children:

1. Raw or undercooked meat or eggs, including scrambled eggs.
2. Unpasteurized juices, because they may contain E. coli.
3. Unpasteurized milk because it may contain the following bacteria: Campylobacter, E. coli, salmonella or listeria.
4. Unpasteurized soft cheeses such as brie, feta, Camembert, Roquefort, CECE blanco, fresco and a panel CECE - because they may contain E. coli and listeria.
5. Raw seeds, for example alfalfa sprouts, as they may contain E. coli or Salmonella.
6. In the diet, limit the amount of fish that may contain high levels of mercury (shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish).
7. Alcoholic beverages.
8. Herbal teas, especially if you are not sure of their exact composition.
9. Cold pies with meat or seafood.
10. During cooking, do not try baking fresh dough, since it includes, as a rule, use raw eggs. They may contain salmonella.
11. Raw or undercooked seafood, as they may contain bacteria or parasites.
12. Prepared salads purchased, as they may be composed of ham, chicken or seafood contaminated with listeria.
