Milk can lead to anemia

However, the Committee on Nutrition believe that children who drink at least four glasses of milk a day, should be given supplements of vitamin D. Supplementation with vitamin D is required blacks children and children who spend little time in the sun, because vitamin D is produced in the skin by sunlight.
