Eye exercises to improve eyesight

Close your eyes tightly for 3-5 seconds and then open those for 3-5 seconds repeat it for 7 to 8 times. Do gentle massage to the eyes. Slightly press the upper eyelids by three fingers. Sit, relax and roll your eyes clockwise and anti clockwise. Focus on distant objects and then nearer objects and do repeat this for 10-15 seconds. Focus on objects at distance and with low contrasting background. Make up and down eye movement, starting form up to down.
But before doing all these exercises, do consider your optometrist, since irregular or incorrect exercises may also damage the eyes. Wash your hands before starting any of these exercises to avoid irritation in eyes. Do not give more pressure to eyes.
